Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We only ship our product within Australia.

All orders will be processed and shipped via Australia Post within 5 business days.

Delivery time depends on order destination.

For delivery to major capital cities on the East coast and their surrounding areas, please allow 3-5 business days from the day your payment is processed.

For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-3 days within Australia only.

Customers will be advised within 2 business days if the items that you have ordered are not available or if there will be a delay in our ability to process your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return items if I am not happy with them?

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


We want you to love the products you buy from us, and so we will work with you to get your order correct. If you have a problem, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the delivery.


We cannot accept returned product orders if you have simply changed your mind.


Every care is taken to ensure that the products are delivered in good condition. cannot be held responsible for damage of any kind whilst the delivery is in transit.


Please note that the optimum temperature for storing products that include chocolate is 15-22 °C.

The images used on our website have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product as the packaging is subject to change without notice.
The contents of our hampers are subject to variation without notice.
